A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

I’d better get ready and I’m so excited to attend this very special occasion. I need to get the very best dress that I have and put-on the nicest make-up and braid my hair in a neat and pretty manner.

True, these were just some of the things that I’ve done to get ready tonight. This is my last JS Prom and I have to get the most out of it. During the prom, I thought I will be “benched” because I just had my first dance in between takes of the pageant. Though it’s late, I’m so happy and it is better than never. Of course, tonight will not end without a funny experience; I stumbled on the speakers placed on the floor because I got so excited to have a dance with my friend, Alvin during the lady’s choice. That tim e, I have to go home early and I thought I will not get a chance to dance with him because it’s getting late so, I bid goodbye already. Unexpectedly, when I turned my back and started to go, they announced the lady’s choice so I ran toward him and stumbled! Hehe! It’s so embarrassing and at the same time unforgettable. And lastly, picture-taking will never be absent in this occasion and these will symbolize memories that will last forever.

As for now, I am again anticipating the Senior’s Ball that is coming very soon and I expect this will be more exciting and memorable to me.

A HECTIC SCHEDULE

These past days were the busiest days of my life. It seems that all our requirements are going to be passed at the same time and we need to double our time! Huh! I’m so exhausted. Imagine, three consecutive days that I only have 4-5hrs. of sleep! Argh!

First, I have to make my movie maker project. Though I enjoyed doing it, I had a hard time putting the lyrics of the song. But, thank God I passed it on time. Another is that our skit in English. We’ve been preparing our props since last year but, we can’t hardly find time to practice ‘cause we were so busy. But, I believe that all is well that ends well. It turned out that we have the highest grade in our performance. Next is our enormous projects in Mapeh, TLE, Math, Economics, Research, English, Filipino and Values. We also got scolded by Sir Rabaca because we don’t have a group project. Our thesis in Research is not yet started and we have to pass it this week! What!?!?! All we expected is that we can do it on time but, up to now we didn’t start to work yet! At last we finished our ACP in Economics and we’re the first one to do it!

I just hope that I can finish and pass all my responsibilities on time and I pray that God will give me strength to do these ALL!

"HERE'S A CLICK FOR MY POST FIVE!"

Really time passes by so fast that I can't imagine that 3rd Grading Period will come to its end. In just a few weeks another quarter will pass and will never be replayed again. But, in my heart memories will be forever retained and cannot be erased.

There were many things that happened to me this 3rd Quarter. There were good, bad, unforgettable and sadness. Good because even if Graduation is already near, we still enjoy each other's company. When I'm with my barkada, SHAINY, I feel like every moment is forever that it's like we have our own world where we own it all and have the freedom to express ourselves and to control the time. While bad, because I hate to think that someday we will part our ways and another is, all the proble,s and projects that were supposed to pass it on time. And unforgettable because for the first time in my life, I experienced to have a carolings! It's really cool and fun! I enjoyed it so much! And having sleepover at Angeli's house and accompanying them for their "Simbang Gabi" and going to Jenny's house for her birthday celebration were the highlights of this grading period. And lastly sadness because I will truly miss this group, the group that I loved so much and I just hope that even if our time left together is least, our relationship and bonding will remain.

I suffered all the problems and enjoyed all the triumphs for this grading and for this coming 4th quarter, I just have to continue this and be the best that I can always!

GOODBYE 2nd QUARTER...HELLO 3rd!

Few more days to go and secong grading period will be over..................Again, I have learned wonderful lessons not only educational but, about lessons in our lives.

Second grading is quite hard for me compared to the last one. Here, I can say that projects and requirements kept on pouring like rain and usually I am very rattled. There are assignments that sometimes I missed and quizzes too. But through the kindness of my teachers and through the help of my classmates, I conquered all of that! This time is also my time to excel. I joined dozens of contests mostly on arts and sometimes I'm lucky to win such. My life became also a roller coaster of learnings and feelings this quarter. I said feelings because, there came a time when one of my precious friend left us(meaning our circle of friendship). I'm so terribly hurt whenever I see her with her new "barkada" and I felt guilty because one of the reasons why she left is my attitude and I admit that sometimes I can't help to act like that because all I knew is that nobody is hurt. Though I talked and asked forgiveness to her, I still feel awkward whenever she's around and whenever I attempt to talk to her but, I hope that time will heal the wound. There are also times that I really want to give up on my study but, I always bear in my mind that these are just my stepping stones to excellence so, I never gave up and still live my life to the fullest and in the end I saw the fruit of my labors. It may not be as great as I expected but still I felt content.

Finally, as I bid goodbye to this half of school year and meet another chapter of challenges, new learnings and discoveries this third quarter, I promise to excell more, to be more patient, always cherish and be productive in this small span of time left in this school that I loved for four years, the ever dearest ISNHS and always trust everything to GOD and give my BEST always!!!

In all that we do, mistakes happen. Challenges and obstacles are always there to oppose us. But, among all those problems, precious blessons remain.

As I sat quietly inside our classroom, I deeply reminisce the first day when classes opened. How I wish time would just freeze so I can have more moments enjoying my days left in highschool but, I know this dream will never come to life. I know that everything ends with goodbyes and it's so hard for me to let go this memorable chapter of my life and I keep in mind that I can cherish my meager time by bonding deeper with my cliques and making unforgettable happenings with them.

It's been three months since my 4th year life started. It is full of downfalls, pressure, problems, excitement, love, defeat and success. The thing is I had always problems in everything especially, reviewing my notes and doing my homeworks. I'm so depressed with my test scores in Chemistry and so down-hearted in Physics. I listen to the lectures but, it's as if my consciousness is closed. I can't count how many times I rushed my assignments and I had a difficulty in budgeting my time. Even if I schedulled my to do's on this day, it is always jumbled up because I can't control my time. I envy also my schoolmates for having the nicest, most creative and funny blogs I ever saw! Sometimes, I feel shy to give my URL thinking what they might say. Though I'm the average in class, there are more instances that I hesitated to recite.

In this case, I learned to trust myself and my talents. Believed in loving my craft and changed for the better. Up to this day, I lived up on that and I still realize how powerful its impact to me.

I know my grades at the end of the 1st Quarter are just initial, they might change with just a snap so, I keep doing my best striving, and searching for more knowledge until the end.....

1. What are the new learnings/dicsoveries that I have learned?

-At first, I'm not interested in making or creating an e-mail address unlike my classmates that 97% of them have one. When they are talking about friendster, I can't relate to them but then, I don't mind having one. Until ma'am told us to make our blogs. There I'm forced to create one and I learned that it's so enjoyable and interesting! Especially when we uploaded our pictures, I had so much fun editing and giving titles! I also discovered that through the blog, I can freely express myself...

2. The problems/challenges that I have encountered?

-Actually, I encountered none. I just had a hard time waiting for my turn to use the computer because, we have limited computer units at school so I have to be patient.

3. Hod did I address these challenges?

-Uhmm... by being patient and by thinking that others must be given a chance to experience visiting their blogs.

4. Moving on I will be a good follower on whatever tasks ma'am will give us and I will improve my writing skills and become a better person through this blog...>6_6<

MY FIRST BLOG

1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that I have learned?

-In our first lesson, I learned about the success and developments of the Internet. I also realized how popular Beatles was because, when they played for the Queen of England in 1963, they were seen around the world through the Internet. Acronyms before that I do not know their meaning, now I can relate and define them. I now know some Internet Services and Tools and its major components and the Search Engines. I also discovereed that when researching, you must put a quotation mark, plus(+), and minus(-) signs, to get a more specific answer.

2. What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?

-I have a difficulty in researching the appropriate answers to the questions Ma'am Vera Cruz gave us because, the Internet is so broad that it gives so many unrelated answers.

3. How did I address these challenges?

-With our lesson in 'Combining search terms', I put quotation marks on the search terms to have a concise and better answer.

4. Moving on I will do everything to love and learn more about the Internet and many more activities and lessons to come.. =)
